Since 2000, I've been traveling the globe as much as possible, often incorporating teaching or educational ventures into my trips- or incorporating my trips into my classroom!

Getting Ready
One thing our tour groups wants us to do is to bring gifts for a family that will host us for dinner, and for the class we will be teaching. Any suggestions?
Maybe you could bring for the family is some kind of Tea or some fruits. Maybe for the class every kid should get a little United States Chocolate like skittles or M&M's (My Favorite candy).
Hey: If they ahd told you before you left, then anything from Boston would have been great. If you have anything nicknackish of Boston then think about it. Other than that, Anthony is on the money. I read in a etiquette book before our Japanese visitors came that it should be nothing too personal(tea, cakes, wind chimes). Don't wrap in red or crazy prints, try blue or beige. Looks like your having a Blast!! Enjoy.
